David is based at the NAES Headquarters in Issaquah, Washington, and travels to NAES operated facilities and NAES Construction subsidiary’s projects in his safety oversight role of the entire Corporation.

Eric M. Fell delivers over 15 years of electrical distribution and transmission experience, with focus specifically in the utility sector. For the past 5 years, Eric has managed the electrical distribution sales market for the New York City Metropolitan Area. In his new role as Strategic Sales Executive – Utility Sector, Eric shares his experience and knowledge with both his customers and peers to grow the Group CBS footprint as the leader in need-it-now support for all critical electric infrastructure throughout the industry. As a former Sales Engineer for Group CBS, Eric provided sales and solutions for the electrical distribution marketplace. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his experience at Con Edison as a Substation Operations Supervisor (15kV-345kV) throughout Westchester & Dutchess Counties and time as Senior Specialist in EH&S Safety, working on the development, analysis and implementation of safety technology and innovation. His most notable efforts include his work on the development and execution of the Cubicle Inspection & Repair Safety (CIRS) Device (Patent # US 10,965,105). Beyond his normal duties, Eric was considered a subject matter expert (SME) in Low and Medium Voltage circuit breaker maintenance and troubleshooting at Con Edison. His previous experience includes roles as a Substation Supervisor at New York State Electric & Gas (NYSEG) and as Field Engineer for General Electric Industrial Solutions, where he concentrated on startup, commissioning and troubleshooting of low and medium voltage (480V – 15kV) power delivery system projects. Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy & Sustainable Systems with a concentration in Sustainability Management & Policy from Penn State University and a Bachelors of Science from Roger Williams University. He has also earned a Field Engineering Degree from General Electric and an Infrared Thermography Level I & Level II certification from the Infraspection Institute.
