Nicole Jackson is a seasoned Plant Manager with over 19 years of experience in the renewable and power generation industry. She brings deep expertise in plant operations, as well as construction, start-up, and commissioning, and is known for her ability to lead teams through complex projects with clarity and confidence. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree and has built her career on a solid foundation of operational excellence, leadership, and a commitment to developing those around her. She is passionate about creating high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Outside of her professional role, Nicole is deeply committed to service and community impact. She is the executive director of Jacob’s Well, a nonprofit that she and her husband founded in 2017 and actively leads teams on mission trips around the world, combining her leadership skills with her heart for helping others. Nicole is recognized for her approachable leadership style, her dedication to mentoring others, and her ability to inspire teams both in and out of the workplace.

I am the General Manager for the UK Whitetower and River Nene fleet. I have been withi the power industry since an apprentice at the age of 16. I have worked in Coal, Gas and Combined cycle plants.

David Jackson has been leading safety at the NAES Corporation for fourteen years as the Vice President of Safety. Together with the Corporate Safety Team he has established the NAES Safe® Program as the cornerstone of the company’s core values and transformed NAES into a leader in the top 10% of safest companies in the Power Industry. He holds certifications as a CIH, CSP and Safety Management Specialist. In 2021, David was named the top EHS Manager by Power Industry magazine. He is the Power Industry representative to a National Committee for Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems and a former President of the Voluntary Protection Program Participants’ Association. David is based at the NAES Headquarters in Issaquah, Washington, and travels to NAES operated facilities and NAES Construction subsidiary’s projects in his safety oversight role of the entire Corporation.

I've been with NAES for 25 years, from around the time our current shareholder ITOCHU acquired NAES. Started my career with GE Power, working mostly overseas in Asia as a field engineer.

Terry Grumbles – Plant Manager, Ferndale Generating Station Terry Grumbles has more than 25 years of experience in the power generation and energy industries and currently serves as Plant Manager at Ferndale Generating Station. His career includes leadership roles in plant operations, maintenance, project management, and field service, including more than 16 years with NAES and earlier experience as a Field Engineer with GE Energy. Terry holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and is a U.S. Navy veteran.
