Event Info
NAES Plant Managers Conference · September 14–17, 2026

Getting there
Flying: Tucson International (TUS) is about 30 minutes from the resort — 16 miles. Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) is the bigger hub, about a 2-hour drive.
From the airport: There's no hotel shuttle. Uber and Lyft both serve TUS, a taxi runs $45–60, and Arizona Stagecoach runs a shared van from baggage claim for about $32 with a reservation — (520) 889-1000.
Hotel
The NAES room block closed August 15. Still need a room? Call the Westin La Paloma at (520) 742-6000 and mention NAES — they may have rooms left in the block, and if not you'll get best-available rates. Already booked? Nothing to do — bring your confirmation for check-in at the resort.
FAQ
Check-in is in the lobby at the conference registration desk — look for the signage!
Business casual. Tucson runs warm in September (mid-90s daytime) — the meeting rooms run cool. A light layer is the veteran move.
It's your digital business card. When someone scans it you're both added to each other's Connections — their details land on your profile too, with a tap to call, text, email or save them to your phone.
Open the session from the Agenda page and post your question — anyone can reply, and you can react to questions you'd like answered.
