In an emergency
Life-threatening emergency: call 911 first.
Then tell the resort front desk — (520) 742-6000, or dial 0 from any house phone — so they can direct responders to you. The hotel and NAES leadership (Bob Renaud and Dean Blaha) will be notified.
Every hotel security officer is first-responder trained.

Urgent care: ask the front desk for the closest location open right now.

Evacuation procedures
Fire alarm or evacuation: leave the building by the nearest exit and gather in the upper parking lot.
Stay there until hotel security or NAES staff give the all-clear — don't go back in for belongings.
